Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, including lab tests and minor procedures
- Manage patient data and ensure clinical compliance
- Administer immunisations and promote community health
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Assist with team coordination and staff scheduling
Must Have
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health
- One year of clinical experience
- Passion for health care
- Strong diagnostic and laboratory skills
- Fluency in English and Luganda
- Adherence to clinical standards
- Strong problem solving skills
Nice to have
- Proficiency in ultrasound imaging
- Familiarity with MS Office and HMIS
- Strong computer literacy
- Knowledge of business management systems
